About Frontline Home Inspection
Welcome! My name is Zach Ferguson. I am the owner and inspector at Frontline Home Inspection. In addition to being a licensed home inspector, I have served my community since 2010 as a firefighter and paramedic. I started Frontline Home Inspection as another way to serve. My goal is to educate, inform, and advise you about your current or future home.
As a firefighter I have trained extensively in building construction. Firefighters need to understand how a building will react when it is damaged by a fire or other incident, and part of that is understanding how buildings are put together. Through my training I discovered a passion for learning about and studying buildings.
I am constantly striving to educate and improve myself so that I can better protect those that depend on me - including you.
I am excited about helping you learn more about your home. I want to use my passion, knowledge, and experience to serve as your home inspector.
A home inspection has become an important part of the home buying process. A home inspection is a visual examination of a home and it's systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, foundation, etc.). Frontline Home Inspection follows the residential standards of practice set forth by InterNACHI (nachi.org/sop).
Each home inspection comes with a PDF of your completed report with numerous pictures of the home and systems. If possible, I encourage you to meet me at the property at the end of the inspection so that we may discuss the inspection.
Most reports are complete and sent within 24 hours.
- Standard Home Inspection (up to 2,000 sq ft): $360
- Above 2,000 sq ft: $30/500 sq ft
As an appreciation for your service, I offer a $50 discount to firefighters, police officers, active duty and military veterans, and EMS (verification may be requested).
